Terms and Conditions

All charges quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice unless agreed in writing.

Equipment and installations are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation.

You must ensure safe access to all areas where work is to be performed and notify us of any hazards or special conditions.

We will perform all work with reasonable skill and care in accordance with relevant British Standards and industry best practice.

Our liability under these terms is limited to the charges paid for the specific service or equipment in question.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
